David is always so great to communicate with clients at home inspections and make sure they understand the in’s and out’s of what he is reviewing at the property. He takes time to get explain things (if / when necessary) and does not cut corners. He provides a detailed and thorough report for clients to review afterwards and is accessible if they have any further questions. He’s always on my list of recommended home inspectors that I provide to my buyer clients, and I’ve worked with him multiple times on pre-list home inspections when I’m working with seller clients.

We had an excellent experience working with David for an inspection on a home we are looking to purchase. He is very thorough and takes the time to not only explain what he’s doing and inspecting but will also take the time to explain what you need to know about maintaining equipment in the home (I.e., location of emergency shut offs, maintenance, when to change filters etc.). He also took the time to answer any questions we had. Well worth the money for the peace of mind. We would definitely recommend David to others and would work with him in the future.

David's inspection and report perspective highlighted several risks (roof, structure) that we could not have identified during a property tour. We did not proceed with property purchase as a result, but David's work would've allowed us to assign a value to the work required and adjust our offer accordingly.
