We’ve used Sahil and his team several times. They never disappoint as I’m a contractor myself. He gives us a strong negotiating report which we also use during our renovations. Very unprofessional inspection by an inexperienced inspector. Dealt with minor issues as if they were going to make the home inhabitable. Inspectors name was Lee. Stay clear of this company!

Sahil was truly a professional from the beginning till the end of the inspection. He showed up 15 mins early and also gave us a guide with his report on how to maintain our brand new home throughout the year.More importantly given home was brand new he was able to detect missing in-floor heating in one of the bedrooms that was built after cities final inspection. He helped us save thousands of dollars. We highly recommend his services.

10/10 experience. Sahil was quick to respond and booked us in the same week - exactly when we requested. Pierce came by and did a very thorough inspection and report. He was professional and kind. He explained everything to us so that we knew exactly what needed to be done to improve our home.Definitely worth the price given all of the things that were pointed out to us - we probably saved significantly more in future repairs by learning about them ahead of time. My one and only go to home inspector. Pacific Coast home inspection are super thorough and organized. They take pride in figuring out defects and finding out where the root of the problem started. The experience is splendid from start to get go. There’s never been an area in the Greater Vancouver or Lower Mainland that they don’t go to. I’ve used this team since 2016 and have never gone back since.
