Commercial real estate inspector

First time having an inspection done and I thought it was very thorough and informative. Jessie didn't just give me a bunch of papers, she showed me everything she found and gave me tips on how to handle it all. I was very overwhelmed at first, but she talked me thru it all and made me feel alot better. She was great. Would highly recommend her.

Please think twice before using them, Jeff Petruzella did my appraisal, a four bedroom 3200 sqft brick detched house with basement renovated at 950k in north London near Masonville Mall. I asked numerous real estate agents and they appraised it at around 1.15-1.25. There is a same house on the street beside mine that was sold for 1.349m last week, it is 300ft smaller and not renovated at all! There was another house on the same street as mine that is 1950sqft and sold for 950k last month. I understand if the price is off by a little(within 100k) but this is way off, just not realistic at all, warning to all of you to avoid them if you want to refinance your house because they will screw you over big time!

Adrien is exactly what you hope for when you look for an inspector! He’s thorough and walked us through everything, explained everything to my husband as we went through and answers all our questions.He’s like the local guy you hope to stumble upon that makes you feel you have someone really working for you but is often so hard to find. We worked with him several times and he made us feel really confident about our purchase! Highly recommend!

Rob was very accommodating to have our house inspected fast due to the fast conditions off date. As first home buyers we appreciated being able to be present and learn first hand from him what we need to work on first and then the next few years. He was very knowledgeable but also has a kind thoughtful approach . Will recommend him to anyone we know going through the housing market in the future for sure.

Ken is a professional home inspector who has been very thorough in his practice. Ken took literally hundreds of pictures and spent enough time post-inspection to go over the issues he found. He also suggested possible solutions and estimated costs to get the issues fixed and the urgency of doing so.Ken arrives on time and provided an enough report to clearly address the issues. I would certainly use Ken for as long as he is still practicing his professional business.

Detailed inspection with good communication on issues and what are the more pressing things. Helped alleviate any stress we had about it as first time home buyers
